Terms
Last updated: October 2026
These terms set out the basis on which Cairn offers its products. By placing an order or contacting us, you accept them.
Our products
We describe our products using only verified facts. Where a detail — such as dimensions, colour, or price — is still being confirmed, we say so rather than guessing.
Pricing and orders
Prices are confirmed before any order is taken. Until then, no payment is processed. If you contact us to complete an order, we will confirm the price, shipping, and delivery time in writing before you commit.
Shipping and returns
Shipping costs, delivery times, and our returns policy are being finalized and will be shared with you before you place an order.
Contact
If anything here is unclear, reach us through the contact page and we will be glad to help.
